註:核桃可用其它堅果如杏仁果,胡桃,花生等替代。

做法﹕
1. | 將核桃,白糖和水放進一個微波爐適用的碗並拌勻。用強火微2分鐘。拿出來攪拌後再微1分鐘。拿出來再攪拌一下。此階段糖很容易燒焦,之後每次微15秒直到糖呈黏稠金黃色。 |
2. | 把核桃平鋪在預先抹過油的烤盤上,將每顆分開。等完全冷卻後裝罐密封保存。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Combine the walnuts, sugar and water in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave in high heat for 2 minutes. Stir the mixture and microwave for another minute. Stir again. At this stage, the sugar is easily got burn. Microwave the walnuts every 15 seconds until the sugar is caramelized. |
2. | Place the walnuts on a pre-greased baking sheet and separate them. Let the walnuts cool completely. Store them in an airtight container. |
