裹糖核桃 Sugar Glazed Walnuts

材料 Ingredients

核桃 Walnut 1 杯 cup
白糖 Granulated sugar 6 大匙 Tbs
水 Water2 大匙 Tbs
裹糖核桃圖片

註:核桃可用其它堅果如杏仁果,胡桃,花生等替代。
Note: The walnuts can be substituted with other nuts such as almonds, pecans, peanuts…etc.



做法﹕
1.將核桃,白糖和水放進一個微波爐適用的碗並拌勻。用強火微2分鐘。拿出來攪拌後再微1分鐘。拿出來再攪拌一下。此階段糖很容易燒焦,之後每次微15秒直到糖呈黏稠金黃色。
2.把核桃平鋪在預先抹過油的烤盤上,將每顆分開。等完全冷卻後裝罐密封保存。



PROCEDURE:
1.Combine the walnuts, sugar and water in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave in high heat for 2 minutes. Stir the mixture and microwave for another minute. Stir again. At this stage, the sugar is easily got burn. Microwave the walnuts every 15 seconds until the sugar is caramelized.
2.Place the walnuts on a pre-greased baking sheet and separate them. Let the walnuts cool completely. Store them in an airtight container.
